New Management for Osborne Coinage

Following nearly three decades with Osborne Coinage, CEO Andre McCaster has retired. Justin Kees has taken over as Managing Director of the company. Prior to his appointment, Justin was the Chief Commercial and Manufacturing Officer at The Perth Mint.

Osborne Coinage is the largest and oldest privately mint in the United States, and was acquired by Royal United Mint – which at that point was the parent company of the Royal Dutch Mint and the Mauquoy Token Company – in early 2023. HM Precious Metals subsequently acquired Royal United Mint and selected sectors of the business, including the Royal Dutch Mint, Osborne Mint, Dutch Value Logistics, and Tools & Dies.
