RCM Launches 2024 Opulence Collection
The Royal Canadian Mint has released its 2024 Opulence Collection, featuring three low mintage pure precious metals coins – one in gold, one silver, and one in platinum. The collection is the successor to the Mint’s 2021 Opulence coins, which featured rare pink diamonds from the Argyle diamond mine.

The RCM subsequently surrounded this with an additional 0.4 carats of decorative diamonds, resulting in a total carat weight of 3.4 carats.
The obverse features an artistic interpretation of the reverse’s diamond mount, forming a repeating pattern in the background. Steven Rosati’s effigy of King Charles III is depicted in the foreground.
